Who we are
We're here to understand what matters to you — and help make more of it possible.
We know no two people experience everyday life in quite the same way.
That's why we take the time to listen, ask questions and understand
what's important to you before deciding what support might look like.
At Communio, you can expect honest conversations, practical thinking and
a genuine partnership built around
what works for you.
Comprehensive assessments exploring everyday functioning, support needs and
living arrangements. From Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) to Specialist
Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Individualised Living Options (ILO), we
provide clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations to inform planning
and support decisions.
From managing daily routines and self-care to building confidence with new
skills, we provide practical, personalised therapy to help you navigate
everyday challenges and spend more time doing what matters.
From simple everyday aids to more specialised and complex equipment, we work
with you to identify, trial and recommend assistive technology that supports
independence, safety and participation in everyday life.
Whether it's grab rails or other changes around the home, we assess your
environment and recommend practical solutions to improve safety,
accessibility and independence.
Supporting someone isn't always straightforward, and you don't have to figure
everything out on your own. We work alongside families, carers and support
teams to share practical strategies, build confidence and make everyday
support a little easier.
Your home should feel safe and comfortable. We take a closer look at how you
move around and manage everyday activities, identifying potential risks and
recommending practical changes to make your home safer and easier to navigate.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself or someone
you care about, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about what you're
looking for and we'll take it from there. Every enquiry is answered personally
within two business days.
